- We virtually eliminate all unauthorized returns. Our team inspects returned product to ensure that it meets all qualifying criteria. If necessary, we repack the product in new packaging.
- We scrap material onsite. Parts that can not be resold or are defective are processed and then scraped.
- We process any customer returns. This includes ... mis-shipments, damaged/defective product, order cancellations, and dealer terminations.
- We provide total visibility to your company. At any given time, you can see how many pieces have been processed and the condition in which they were returned.
