One of our clients was using a costly, inefficient system to capture and manage inventory data. The system, which was designed to collect data for e-commerce and pricing, involved shipping parts to additional locations out-of-state, where the product would be unboxed and later repackaged. It was costly. And, since the company that designed the system had no experience with the client’s industry, the data was often mislabeled and improperly formatted.
We Stepped Up:
County Pkg established a custom on-site system for inventory data collection. Now, we photograph, weigh, label and measure the dimensions of products as they arrive at our facility.
